Okies, Himitsu, this Hyper. For club accounts, you send a note by clicking the 'send note' on the DA user page of club. You make the title "Join" And ask. But first. Read the club's requirments to join. Like the anime club's requirements; you must have 1 anime pic in your gallery to join(Sadily, I only have anthro ->>- ). But with my clubs, you just need to be smart, respect other members, & follow the rules. ^^
